Choosing A Ladybug Costume For Baby Girls

Everybody loves ladybugs, especially little girls. They love this theme because it is cute, fun and playful. We can’t imagine something lovelier and more appropriate than a ladybug costume for baby (or “fantasia para bebe joaninha as they say in Portugese). You can make it a gift to your own kid or to another one you’re visiting. Baby costumes are adorable, especially when they come with a magical theme. Nevertheless, parents should know that themed costumes for babies can be very expensive. You have to think these options through before making the purchase.

The ladybug costume you intend to buy for your child will only be worn once. But if it’s for a birthday party or other special event, it’s surely worth it. Ladybug themes are simple to understand and perhaps educative. They are not fantastic but real and easy. If you don’t have a budget to fulfill this dream for your little girl, think about making the costume yourself! All you need is a little bit of creativity and a red and black fabric to make it real. This theme is fun to play with, especially for those who have experience in sewing.

We have to admit that no baby clothing screams for youthfulness, cuteness and amusement more than a lady bug costume for babies. We also recommend toddler ladybug swimsuits for those who are going on a beach or island destination vacation. You should not worry about the fact that your kid might not like this theme the next year. Ladybug costumes are classic, they never go out of style. We know that many children adore this type of theme. In fact, many of them wish for their entire room to be decorated with lady bugs. Bright, positive and fun, the black and red theme is pretty adequate for a kid. The costume you buy or make can be simple and elegant or more whimsical and non traditional. Is your child ready for toilet training?

Are you thinking about potty training your child? Toilet training is a huge milestone for many parents and kids, and as well as signalling the end of piles of nappies for parents, it can be a proud moment for your child as they leave the baby stage behind them and officially become big kids.

Children develop at different paces and knowing when your child is ready to start potty training can be difficult. But please do not stress about it. Some kids wake up one day and announce they arent going to wear nappies any more, but with most its more of a gradual process and can take weeks and even months (or years!) to complete.
There is no magic age when your child will be ready some kids start as early as 18 months while others are still wearing nappies at 4 years old. There are a few key signs your child might be getting to the point where they are ready to give toilet training a go:
- They are aware of when their nappy is wet or dirty
- They show signs of discomfort when their nappy is soiled
- They are able to physically climb on to the toilet seat or sit on a potty
- They show an interest in the toilet and what goes on in there
- They have dry periods of three to four hours at a time

If your child seems like they might be ready, you can always give it a try. If its too soon, they can go back to nappies for a while and try again later. Its important to take a positive, non-pressured approach to toilet training and be prepared to spend plenty of time mopping up accidents and washing clothes until they get the hang of it!
